CORN DOGS 
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. self-rising meal
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. hot dogs

Mix meal, sugar, mustard and onion. Combine egg with milk. Mix liquid with dry ingredients. Roll hot dogs in dough mixture. Fry in deep fat.
