POTATO CHIP - PECAN CRUNCH
COOKIES
 
1 c. butter, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
2 c. flour

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add crushed potato chips and pecans. Stir in flour, form in balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Press balls flat with glass bottom dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees or 16-18 minutes until lightly brown. Let stand a few minutes before removing from pan. Makes 4-5 dozen.
