LEMON LADY FINGER DESSERT 
8 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
Juice of 3 lemons
1 tbsp. gelatin, dissolved
1 pkg. lady fingers
Whipping cream

Place yolks, 3/4 cup sugar, lemon juice, dissolved gelatin in top of double boiler; cook and stir until mixture coats a silver spoon; cool. Beat egg whites stir; add sugar, then add first mixture, folding in with light touch. Line springform with lady fingers; cut off bottoms so they will stand up; do not put on bottom. Pour mixture into pan and refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped cream on top.
