BAKED MACARONI & CHEESE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. elbow macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. onion
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Cook macaroni and drain. In a 2 quart saucepan melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in milk until smooth. Stir constantly. Cook 10 minutes over medium heat or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese until melted. Put macaroni into a greased 2 quart casserole and pour cheese mixture over. Mix well. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bread crumbs over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
