PAT NISPEROS' CHEESE BALLS 
2 lg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Blue cheese or to taste
2 jars Old English sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Dry parsley
3 cloves garlic

Cut garlic and rub bowl (glass bowl) with garlic. Add cheeses and beat with mixer.

Cover bowl and set aside overnight in refrigerator. next A.M., add 1/4 of nuts only. Mix balance of nuts with parsley to desired color. Form into balls or logs.
