CHERRY FUDGE BARS | |
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding and pie filling 1 pkg. any chocolate Betty Crocker cake mix 1 c. maraschino cherries, chopped 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.) Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large saucepan, cook pudding as directed on package. Blend cake mix (dry mix) thoroughly into hot pudding by hand or with electric mixer, 1 to 2 minutes. Add cherries. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate pieces. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Makes 40. |
