HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
4 med. potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
Salt and pepper to taste

In skillet brown hamburger and onion. Drain off grease. In 2 quart casserole, place sliced potatoes. Add brown hamburger and onion on top of this. Drain and reserve the liquid from the Veg-All. Spread the vegetables over the hamburger. Combine the Veg-All liquid with the tomato soup and pour over the casserole. Place covered casserole dish in 350 degree oven and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are cooked.
