SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
4 med. potatoes, diced
4 med. carrots, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water

Layer in slow cooker, using all ingredients. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper on top. Mix together tomato soup and water, pour over top. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
