SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (20 3/4 oz.) pork and beans
8 potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, combine beef, pepper, salt, mix well. Place potatoes in bottom of 4 quart casserole dish. Top with onion cover with beef. Spoon pork and beans over beef, pour tomato soup over beans. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until done.
