SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE 
2 lg. potatoes, diced
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 med. onion, diced
1 can pork 'n beans

In casserole dish, place potatoes, then onions, then beef, salt and pepper. Spread beans on top, then soup on beans. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Good leftovers.
