3 3/4 oz. tin smoked oysters, chopped fine
8 oz. light cream cheese, room temp.

Place cheese on wax paper, cover with second sheet. Roll out cheese with rolling pin then spread surface with oysters (after removing wax paper). Roll up like jelly roll. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
