GRANDMA'S SLOPPY JOES | |
3 lbs. ground beef 2 lg. onions, diced 1 green pepper, finely chopped 1 (14 oz.) jar catsup 1 pt. tomato juice 1 (8 oz.) jar pickle relish 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. soy sauce Saute hamburger and onions in large skillet until red leaves meet. Drain and combine all ingredients. Mix well. Place in heavy skillet or slow cooker for 3 hours. Serve on hamburger buns. Freeze leftovers. |
