SPICY CORN-ON-THE-COB 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
4 ears fresh corn
1 to 2 qts. water

Combine butter, garlic salt and chili powder. Mix well. Remove husk and silks from corn. Place water in Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Add corn; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Drain. Brush corn with butter mix.
