1 cup fresh blueberries
1 1/4 cups pancake mix (I use Bisquick)
1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs
a dash of cinnamon
3 tsp. all-purpose flour

Mix all ingredients. Pour onto griddle and cook until golden brown on each side.

Whipped cream and blueberry syrup are very good on these pancakes. Enjoy!!
