LADY LOCKS 
Puff pastry dough
Wooden clothes pins, wrapped in aluminum foil, sprayed with Pam
1 egg
1 c. milk

Cut pastry 1/2 inch wide. Wrap around clothes pins. Coat with egg and milk mixture. Let rest in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.

CREAM FILLING FOR LADY LOCKS:

3 c. milk
12 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt

Cook ingredients until thick. Let cool. Mix together 1 1/2 cups Crisco, 1 1/2 cup butter, 3 cups sugar, and 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Cream together. Mix with first part for 15 minutes. Makes enough for 6 sheets of dough.
