CHERRY RHUBARB KUCHEN 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. red Jello
3 c. rhubarb

STREUSEL:

1/2 c. flour
1 c sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix dry ingredients; cut in butter as for pie crust. Add egg and milk. Pat into 6 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan and bring up half way on sides. Put 3 cups cut-up rhubarb over crust. Sprinkle Jello over this.

Next, mix flour and sugar and melted butter and sprinkle over top of Jello. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
