CRUNCHY PEA SALAD | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 1 c. diced celery 1 c. chopped cauliflower 1/4 diced green onion 1 c. chopped cashews 1/4 c. cooked, crumbled bacon 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® Original Ranch salad dressing 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard Rinse peas in hot water; drain. Combine vegetables, nuts and bacon with sour cream. Mix dressing, mustard and garlic together; pour over salad. Toss gently. Chill. |
