CRUNCHY GREEN PEA SALAD 
10 oz. frozen peas
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. cauliflower, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. crisp bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. buttermilk salad dressing
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 sm. clove garlic, minced

Combine vegetables, seed, bacon with sour cream. Mix dressing, mustard and garlic together. Pour over salad mixture. Toss and chill. Makes 4 servings.
