RAW SPINACH SALAD 
1 bunch spinach
1 sm. head romaine
4 slices bacon
1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion juice
1 1/2 c. lg. curd cottage cheese

Wash and tear spinach and romaine into small pieces. Drain and chill. Combine the salad oil, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, dry mustard and onion juice in a jar and shake to mix. Cook bacon until crisp, then break into pieces. Set aside.

Place spinach and lettuce in a bowl. Add half of the salad dressing. Combine the remaining dressing with the cottage cheese. Mix well and add to salad, toss. Add crumbled bacon and toss again. Enjoy!
