RAW BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 sm. head broccoli
3 ribs celery
1 bunch green onions & tops
1 - 1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes
Ripe olives, about 1/2 c.
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite sizes. Slice celery, onions and olives. Halve tomatoes. Mix. Add dressing. Refrigerate overnight. Makes about 12 servings.
