2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. flour
1 c. sweet cream or Milnot
3 eggs, well beaten
Pinch of salt

Mix together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in slow 300 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Cinnamon comes to top, forming a crust.
