BROCCOLI RAISIN SALAD 
SALAD:

4 c. chopped broccoli, heads and stems
1 c. raisins
1 bunch green onions
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Mix all vegetables, raisins and bacon together. Stir in dressing and let marinade in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
