6 lbs. peaches
5 lbs. sugar
Juice from 2 lemons
Juice from 2 oranges
Chopped peel from 2 oranges

Peel peaches and put through grinder. Add other ingredients and cook to consistency of marmalade. Pour into sterilized glasses or jars and seal.
