PEACH MARMALADE 
18 peaches
5 med. oranges
1 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
Sugar

Peel and pit peaches. Put them and unpeeled, seeded orange sections through coarse blade of chopper. Measure fruit and add 1 1/2 times as much sugar as fruit. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and continue boiling at a reduced heat, stirring frequently until spoon is sheeted with juice which doesn't run off. Add drained, chopped cherries and seal in sterilized jars.
