PEACH MARMALADE 
3 pounds peaches
2 large oranges (including rind)
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 1/2 cups sugar

Wash, peel and slice peaches in quarters. Grate orange rinds. Peel oranges and cut into thin slices. Combine peaches, oranges, grated orange rinds, lemon juice and sugar in a large heavy pot. Boil mixture until syrup is thick and fruit is transparent, stirring frequently. Pour into sterilized jars.
