LOW CALORIE SQUASH QUICHE | |
3 c. yellow squash 1 c. chopped onion 4 eggs, beaten 4 tsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 2/3 c. powdered milk 2 tsp. butter 4 oz. cheese, grated & divided Cook squash and onion together until tender, drain off water. Beat egg and add flour, half of the cheese, salt, pepper, mustard, powdered milk and butter. Add squash and pour into Pam coated pie pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 5 minutes more. Makes 4 servings. |
