Vanilla wafers
1 lb. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs

Using midget foil cups, put vanilla wafer in bottom of each. Beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Fill cups 3/4 full and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Chill. Top with pie filling. Makes about 36.
