LITTLE CHEESE CAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. vanilla wafers
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 can any pie filling

Makes 70 (2-inch) cakes.

Mix first 4 ingredients until creamy. Put vanilla wafers in foil muffin holders and fill about half full.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not brown. While baking, mix 8 ounces sour cream and 3/4 cup sugar. Drop sour cream mixture in the middle of each cup while hot. Return to the oven for 5 minutes. Cool and store in the refrigerator. Top with any pie filling before serving.
