PEACHY - PECAN DUMPLINGS 
2 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen sliced peaches, defrosted
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Pour peaches into heavy fry pan. Cover and heat fruit steaming hot. Combine Bisquick, 1/4 cup sugar, pecans, milk and butter. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls of dough onto hot fruit. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over dumplings. Cover and steam 10-15 minutes.
