DRIED PEACH DUMPLING 
4 c. peaches-blackberry or apricots
2 c. sugar
2 c. white cornmeal
1 tsp. baking soda (level)

Wash the fruit and cook. Add sugar to sweeten. Mix cornmeal, soda and boiling water together, mixture will be similar to biscuit batter. Roll dough out, cut and drop into cooked fruit. Cook for 30 minutes.
