PEACH DUMPLING 
2 cans O-Sage Raggedy-Ripe peaches
1 c. sugar

PIE DOUGH:

1/2 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. water

Add peaches and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil, make your pie dough and drop by teaspoon over hot peaches. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. This is really good!
