PEACHES & CREAM DUMPLINGS 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 1/2 c. half & half
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. sugar
1 c. chopped peaches, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. minus 2 tbsp. whipping cream
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine 1 cup sugar, brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter and half and half in saucepan. Bring just to the boiling point over medium heat, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour into 3 1/2 quart baking dish.

Combine flour, salt, baking powder and 6 tablespoons sugar in medium bowl; mix well. Stir in peaches and pecans. Stir melted butter into whipping cream in small bowl. Pour into peach mixture; mix well. Drop by heaping tablespoon over warm sauce. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
