MEXICAN LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1/2 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1 pkg. tortilla chips, crushed
Monterey Jack cheese

Brown ground chuck, then add and cook onion, black olives, seasoning mix and tomato sauce. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan.
