CHIX RICE 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. rice
2 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton Chix Noodle Soup with noodles

In large fry pan melt butter. In a saucepan pat 2 cups water and bouillon part of soup mix and bring to boil. After butter has melted, pat in rice and noodles from mix and stir over medium-high heat until rice turns white. Pour broth over rice and cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender. (Usually the water is boiling about same time rice is ready.)

If I don't have the Lipton soup mix, I use 2 bouillon cubes instead. Works fine, just no little noodles.
