PINK JELLO | |
1 lg. box strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 12 oz. bar softened cream cheese 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained) Pt. heavy or whipping cream With a fork or mixer blend cream cheese and Jello together until it begins to pebble. Then add boiling water with mixer on low. Slowly add the water and make sure all the cream cheese and Jello has dissolved. Increase speed to medium and add the cream. Mix for 2 minutes or until you get a nice layer of bubbles on the surface and then refrigerate 1- 1 1/2 hours until it begins to firm. Then add pineapple and mix thoroughly with a spoon or fork. Chill for minimum of 4 hours. Great for holidays or birthdays or for a whatever day surprise. Big hot with the children young and old. Note: The heavy cream will give you a thicker mix then whipping cream will, both are delicious. Try both and use the one that best suits you. Enjoy. |
