FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fettucini
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. half and half
Salt and pepper
Parsley, optional as garnish

About 25 minutes before serving, prepare noodles as label directs; drain. In saucepan combine butter, half and half, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper. Heat to warm; add cheese carefully.

Toss hot drained noodles with cheese mixture to coat well. Serve immediately. With a tossed salad and some hot Italian sticks, you have a quick, hearty lunch or dinner. Leave off the bread and have a low-calorie meal.
