PIZZA BURGER MIX 
5 lbs. ground beef
2 c. chopped onion
3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. brewed coffee
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano

Cook beef and onions uncovered, until beef loses pink color. Drain. Add all other ingredients; bring to boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Fix on toasted buns with slice of American cheese. (You can also divide this into several servings and put in freezer.) Makes 20-25 burgers.
