CHICKEN SALAD 
1 hen
6 eggs
1 c. celery
1 c. pickles
1 c. nuts
1 pt. mayonnaise
6 apples
Salt to taste

Cook hen tender and chop fine or grind in food chopper. Chip pickles, celery, nuts and hard boiled eggs and add salt and mayonnaise and mix well. Chill well. Add 1 cup chicken stock to make salad moist.
