1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream mayonnaise and sugar. Sift in flour, cocoa and baking soda all together. Mix in water and vanilla. Beat until creamy and smooth. Bake at 350 degrees. Serve warm with Cool Whip or cool with favorite icing.
