BETTY BUSTINS DRUNK CHICKEN | |
6 chicken thighs 1 bunch green onions 1 can mushrooms 1 onion, chopped 2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 c. red wine Brown chicken thighs in small amount of butter. Place chicken in casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Could be done on the top of the stove instead. Serve with rice. May be made a day or two ahead and kept in refrigerator. |
