CHICKEN IN WINE 
This is a great dish to serve to at a dinner party. It can be expanded to serve as many people as needed by adding more chicken and noodles.

3-4 chicken breasts and-or pkg. of thighs
5-6 mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped coarsely
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 red pepper, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. each lemon pepper, seasoned salt, garlic pepper, tarragon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. red wine
1/2 c. milk

1. Wash chicken, place in baking dish at least 2 quart size.

2. Arrange onions, garlic, peppers and mushrooms on top of chicken.

3. In blender mix soup, wine, milk, and spices. Pour over chicken in dish. Liquid should cover chicken and vegetables.

4. Bake in 400 degree oven 1 hour uncovered.

5. Serve over wide egg noodles. Serves 3-4 people.
