MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
Score both sides of flank steak crosswise. 1 1/2 pounds serves 4. Place in a freezer bag with marinate and freeze to use at a later date.

MARINATE:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side on grill.
