MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions (scallions)
1/2 c. dry red wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. salad oil
3 tsp. sesame seeds
2 tsp. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

Remove tenderloin from steak. Score meat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Let marinate 24 hours. Preheat grill. Broil or grill. Slice thinly on an angle against the grain.
