MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
MARINADE:

2/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
Bay leaf

Place 2 pound flank steak in marinade overnight. Grill outdoors. Cut diagonally.
