FLANK STEAK 
1 to 3 lbs. flank steak, score both sides

MARINADE:

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. honey

Mix well and pour over flank steak. Marinate 6 hours or more in refrigerator. Grill or broil about 10 to 20 minutes, turning frequently. Slice thin and enjoy!
