FLANK STEAK 
MARINADE:

1/2 c. Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. dry red wine
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. ginger
Dash of pepper

Mix well, place flank steak in flat dish and pour over. Refrigerate 3 hours, turning occasionally. Cook on grill 7 minutes each side for medium rare. Slice meat very thinly on diagonal to serve.
