MEAT VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
Raw bacon
Raw potatoes
Raw carrots
Raw peas
Raw celery
Ground meat
Onions
Garlic
Stewed tomatoes
Flour
Salt and pepper

Line bottom of baking pan with raw bacon. Add generous layer each of thin sliced raw potatoes, peas, carrots (can use package frozen peas and carrots) and celery. Salt and pepper, then sift over lightly with flour. Then layer with meat, which has been cooked with the onions and garlic. Pour stewed tomatoes over top (may need 2-3 cans, depending on how much you make). Bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours. Freezes well.
