SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 lb. ground pork

Combine all ingredients and shape into balls. Fry in 2 tablespoons butter. Remove and make gravy.

GRAVY:

1 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. Geo. Washington Chicken Seasoning

Mix together in shaker bottle. Add to pan and return meatballs and cook at low heat for 1/2 hour.
