1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar or honey
1 tsp. soy sauce

Mix together. Heat to boiling and then pour over cubed meat and bake as directed. This is good on ham or pork chops.
