PINEAPPLE SHERBET | |
3 c. skim milk 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice pack) 3/4 c. evaporated skim milk 1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla In a large mixing bowl, stir together skim milk, undrained pineapple, evaporated skim milk, pineapple juice concentrate, sugar and vanilla. Stir until sugar dissolves. Freeze in a 4 or 5 quart ice cream freezer according to manufacturers directions. Makes 7 1/2 cups. |
